Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. The service
Orchestrator Cloud is a payment orchestration platform: it routes transactions across the payment accounts you connect, provides storefront checkout pages, and generates parcel tracking pages. It is not a bank, a payment institution, or a licensed money transmitter — funds are settled by the processors you connect.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your storefront promises, for complying with the terms of the payment processors you connect, and for not misrepresenting shipping or payment status. Declaring a parcel delivered without a real shipment, presented as evidence in a dispute, may constitute chargeback fraud.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, or route payments for a legal entity different from the one declared on the connected accounts.
4. Availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for losses caused by payment processors, network failures, or third-party integrations.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or applicable law.
